Concern about Creation of First Human-Monkey Embryos

The extraordinary events that took place in Genesis 6:1-8, did not end with the destruction caused by Noah’s flood. Fallen angels took human women to be their wives, and raised hybrid offspring that were partly human, and partly fallen angel with them. These giant beings are also known as nephilim. Because of this great sin God sent the flood to destroy all flesh, except that of Noah and his family, to purge the earth of these wicked beings.

There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown. Then [a]the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” Genesis 6:4-7

We also read that giants lived after the flood, and that they formed tribes everywhere:

There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.” Numbers 13:33

For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the giants. Indeed his bedstead was an iron bedstead. (Is it not in Rabbah of the people of Ammon?) Nine cubits is its length and four cubits its width, (13.5 x 6 feet) according to the standard cubit. Deuteronomy 3:11

Goliath and his brothers were also giants, and of much greater stature than ordinary men. The book of Enoch (not part of the Bible, but mentioned in Jude 1:14) mentions experiments with the mixing of animal genes at that time. Such creatures, called chimeras, are not God’s creation, no wonder then that God destroyed all flesh in the flood. It did not take long, however, for the wickedness of sinful man to tinker again with genes, and corrupt God’s handiwork. An interesting little phrase in Daniel, where the prophet talks about the last days, draws our attention to similar experimentation to be expected in the last days:

As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay. Daniel 2:43

This can mean many things, and we will have to keep an eye on developments to see where this is going, but it is already “old news” that chip implants enhance human abilities. We see more and more robots interfacing with humans; some even look like humans and talk like humans. Science is working hard to find ways to upgrade our faculties to make us smarter and more efficient, especially militarily.

That is, however, not the only experiments that scientists keep themselves busy with. Mixing human and animal genes is nothing new. The goal is always to find new ways of curing various diseases in humans, but, as scientists continue to push the envelope, one has to wonder where to draw the line. Conscience should provide a barrier that ought not to be crossed, but not all scientists were raised with a Judeo-Christian mindset. As with every other vocation rogue scientists exist, and some might find the temptation to see where their research might lead to, too hard to resist.

We can only wonder where this will end. We have a dilemma. Do we have a reason to be concerned? Please read this article, and decide for yourself.

Wickedness will only increase as time goes on. The last days are upon us, and Jesus will soon return to receive His bride, the born-again church, to Himself. There is no reason to delay your decision to receive Him as your personal Savior–do it now before it is too late!
